Inland Application 2011

Hi! They received my application on 24th of Feb, 2011. Start to process on 25th March, 2011.
I got 2 (!!!) client history update form. They asked my old (2000-2006) addresses, jobs again and again....
And the whole case is IN PROCESS stage right now

Does anybody know more about this client history update form? Why they send it? Which phase of the process they send it....and so on

Am-lina, it was signed for when it reached Vegreville but it has not been attached yet. You should always register your stuff that you send them so you can have piece of mind that they received it.

hakri, they may have sent you those forms because you didn't fill them out or you filled them out incorrectly. It is normal for CIC to send you a letter requesting information if something is missing.

Lots of April applicants in the list now. I don't feel so alone    It's amazing how the wait can get to ya sometimes. At any rate... Nov. 7th...its a move but a mighty small one and with Christmas coming....... I just want to work.

Was just telling the wife I wonder if filing outland would have worked better. Anyway hindsight and all. Wife says I don"t wait well.

I know what you mean greyghost. Sometimes it just gets to you. You sent your 1 week after mine. We are almost there. Just a few more months to go. Plus, I think that they had a ton of October applicants and I heard that there are not too many in Nov and Dec and it goes by a lot faster. Plus, everyone is done with taking vacation now. I think September was still a popular month to take vacation.

Anyway, I am hoping for those 12 day jumps to come back soon.

And yes, you also have lyrical to join you in April. I am sure as the time goes on we will see more people joining our thread too.

When exactly did they send you those forms?

The first was in July (I did not get for weeks because CPost strike...   The second was beginning of September.

I had the same issue too hakri.  For the most up to date address I did not put the word "to present" for the time period and they asked me to refill it, even though no where on the website gives you examples that you need to do that. I sent it back and it was received but the website has not updated that they've received just a confirmation on the package being signed by someone there. Good luck to you

Woo yes we are almost there:p  I took a look at the 2010 list and people who apps were received in April were approved in November. I'm not sure if I would go by that but it's good to compare.... I'm hoping they move into 2011 by mid nov.

canadagirl, the reason why you see people that sent there's in April and got approved in November is because back then the timeline was 6 months. I hope it goes back down again. I am praying for a 12 day jump this week like the old days. LOL.

They receive my application 22th july , I was with a working holiday , and now ¨implied status¨.
I sent with my pr application another application for a open work permit, when I will receive the open work permit? I need that for a travel.

actually my application is ¨received" from 22th july and no changes!!!

Hi Tecle, welcome. You will probably get your open work permit around June 2012 as you get it when you get AIP.

Is your file in process yet?
