Do you think you could call on the behalf of all of us forgotten July applicants? >_< I hope we all hear something soon. Sometimes it's hard to stay optimistic...I had also applied for a study permit from inside Canada, and it was mistakenly refused (we called the CIC and they agreed it was a mistake). Even though I knew it was a mistake, it was pretty crushing to read. |

Hi all!
A quick update: yesterday I had my landing interview in Montreal after exactly 16 months of waiting. It was SUPER fast - 10 min or so. Talked to a nice lady and got my papers. Quite an anticlimactic experience I have to say! Anyway, I wish everybody good luck! They work slowly but they do their job eventually!!

Hello,
Just to help keep the timeline up to date, we received AIP on June 25th.
Sorry it took me so long to post -_-;
We were moved to stage 2 on the same day, as my common-law partner and I both received separate letters dated June 25th. My letter stated I was approved as a sponsor (yay!), and his said they are now processing him for PR.
