Hi Angus,

First of all, thanks a lot for your excel file, look neat, clean and really excellent. I liked it from the first sight.
I think it's already enough to show whatever we need. However, I just give a little suggestion here for the layout, please help if you have time. If not, just ignore it. I'm good with the current file already. The purpose of suggestion is giving more candidate names in the first view (not scrolling yet). As many names are showed, as easier to compare time. (So I guess another minor reason is for those who with small monitor like me  Cheesy)

1. Delete line 2 and 5. They're there for separate purpose, also make clear between sections. However, I think it's still good after removing them.
2. Line 3 and 4 should be combined into one row but in distant columns. Still guarantee for easy look and give more space.
3. Line 6, try to put all column tittles into 1 cell instead of 3 cells. If necessary, can shorten title or widen column width.
e.g:
Application Received ---> App. Received or App. Received (AR)
Days since Application was received ---> Days after App. Received or Days after AR or Days from AR
Total time for AIP ---> AIP total days

Oh, by the way I have a question for my understanding only, all day calculations, did you count weekend too?
Thanks a lot for your excellent idea and the contribution again. Have a nice day. Kiss

Happy Wednesday everyone. Let's see if we get an update today again or if they've gone back to Thursdays

Made some changes, per hatrang, to the chart. Let me know what you think! (Thanks hatrang! And yes day count includes weekends, it's just a formula for today minus the app. received date. So total days)

In Limbo - you have been added! Thanks for your details Cheesy

Welcome to the forum! Thanks for your details, I have added them to the list!

Seems like only a lucky few have received anything from CIC in the mail as yet. The majority of us are still just hanging off our eCas status.

Wow, amazing, I like the changes so much. Thanks a lot for the offers and the answer Angus. I'm so happy to see at least 5 more people in normal view and 27 people at full screen view without scrolling, fantastic! I hope other people like the changes. Let's hear more from them. Happy Wes to everybody.

1) It is really UP TO YOU to supply additonal docs to support your case. i did in my case. send to the same address which you sent your application. you need to state clear as " additional support material" along with your client ID

2) it will take 1-3 months to get info update on Ecas, i received my letter in May states additional information required i sent them right away to CIC. however they did update on Ecas till August.

Good luck, hope this info helps...

Hi Berber,

You can send supporting documents anytime.  I suggest that you include a cover letter to attach these documents to your PR application, with client ID XXXXX.

You can send your additional documents to:

Immigration Officer
CPC Vegreville
6212-55th Avenue
Vegreville, AB
T9C 1W5

Take note it has the same address where you sent the PR application, but different postal code.

To give you an idea, here is our timeline sending additional documents:

Sent the additional documents on May 24
Delivered on May 26 (based on Canada post tracking record)
Ecas shows that they received the information on Aug 3.

Hope this helps.
