Hi Misha! I just need help and dont know where to start with my application for Spousal Inland application, Im here in Calgary.
DO i need to get medicals done asap and police clearance?
I have a valid work permit here untilk 2013.
Medical results: Get it done at the a day before submitting your application. Police Certificate: They are valid for 3 months from the date of issue and should be filed along with the application within the validity period, and it take some time to get police certificate depending on ur country you have lived more than 6 months after the age of 18. One you filed your application you are under "implied status" and even if your work permit expires, you can stay legally in Canada. Whereas, also filed OWP along with your inland application. Hope that helps. |

That's illegal for both, the employee and the employer... not sure if the consequences will be as bad as the PR being removed from the country.... Yes, we are from Uruguay... y somos tocayas  Congrats Gemauru on landing... I am happy for you  Let me know when u get PR card in mail |

Hello Iyrical, I got DM on Mar 10, today I get 3 letters from CIC. 2 letters for me, 1 letter for sponsor. I also live in Montreal. Someone told me, after DM, about 1 month later ,you will get landing interview . Best wish |

Guys, we got DM on March 4 and still have not recived not even one letter yet. Does anyone find these odd? I have been in touch with **spam** and nothing has come on his end either. He said he is going to let me know as soon as he gets them.
Gemauru, we had one day difference on the chart and you guys landed already. I still have not received anything yet.
What should I do?

I think is only a canada post issue. Most of us got the letters all mixed up. I even got the letter for the interview before the one advising me that I will receive that one... Congratulations, enjoy it!!!! Youve got the important one... |

Oh well!!!! It looks like we got the last update on e-cass... Main page changed to "complete" Details: You entered Canada at the CIC Etobicoke office on March 14, 2012 and became a Permanent Resident. I cant believe that is finnally over!!!!!!!  |

HI everyone! Can someone tell me if the police check certificates have to be translated to english? My husband received his today in the mail from his home country, and we were wondering if it had to be translated to english or if we could send it as is to CIC?
