Initial amount debited from my account

my application that was sent to the CIO was received on 7th april. On 27th april i noticed that the initial visa fees was debited from my account.

Can some one please advise me if it is a good sign.

i have applied as a cook.

My VO is london. how many days do you think this would take? also what is the next stage?

NO Dear after this hopefully you will get The PER(positive eligibility review) and after that they would transfer your file to your VO.
