Don't you think, quoted prices are bit costly for students? Why would a student go for it whilst one bedroom in Toronto is easily available for 400-600 $ per month?

Please revise it.

It's just for those who don't have any accommodation available in TORONTO for initial stages . . .

As most of the students have problem to find places at first stage so once you able to find good place you can move to your preferred place.

It's only for all those who need guidance and not want to be lost in new city.

I hope that will clear your thoughts now.

and add one more thing as well most of the students have first destination to Toronto and than they move to some other destination as they have there college/university in some other province and can't able to catch flight or any transportation on the same day so, it's valuable for them as well.

Even so, my point is, people who are already in Toronto should help out newcomers instead of making money out of this.

I really appreciate too all those who really help others but how many who does not have no one there and waste lots of money in initial stages.

As, per my knowledge around in just 3 days students spend more then 500$ to find place and on there hand just go on kijiji.ca website if you find anyone who accept you as tenant without contract I will say you as a lucky man.

I am not here to make money on such foolish things I got some contact so I try other not to waste money excessively.

45$ to 55$ is bearable or you want to waste 500$ in 3 days choice is your

I didn't put clause here to pay me for a week it's just a one day pay only if you like to stay there more it's your choice you can move some other place of your own choice.
