IT NOC (0213) is out now... Sad
Can you Cook though?
If you can, then you can apply under 6242.. Wink

Just kidding... check out the detailed responsibilities listed under 1122.

http://www5.hrsdc.gc.ca/noc/english/noc/2006/QuickSearch.aspx?val65=1122

Maybe you might be able to define your designation in some job listed in that code. However you may get late for submission as 900 out of 1000 applications are already in.

Sorry then... you cannot apply. Nothing remotely close to any IT profession is in the 29 demand list.

You can try for an AEO though. This is the only possible option left for you.

Also the Work Permit route for IT Specialists has now become difficult. You would now require a LMO (Labour Market Opinion) in case a Canadian Employer wants to hire you on Temporary Work Permit.

There is no NOC for IT professional now under which you can apply for FSW1. The option that you can explore is 1122 provided you do Management consultancy

Other option is to find a job in canada first ( which is very tough) and apply under FSW2
