If some one is 1 year full time student in canadian university master degree program, plus have 2 years working experience from his own country can he be eligible for this category,

or after getting master degree of two years from canadian university, he/she will get work experience in Canada and then he can apply for Canadian experience class.

The requirements for CEC student is at least a 2 year program in a Canadian University, then at least 1 year on a post-grad work permit.  For a skilled worker, it's 2 years working on a temporary work permit.
