Hello everyone and wish you all the best,

I live in Kuwait and the immigration process i am doing through immigration consultant in Kuwait. myself and the family we did the medical in may 15, 2011. i will appreciate your kind help to have the expected time frame needed to ask for the passport from the date we submitted the medical and sent all requested documents as this will help me to plan going to Canada for landing in the right time as my children are in schools starting from next September.

thank you all and best regards,

i would say you should keep your kids in school ... processing time after medical is unpredictable ... could be two months ... could be a year

even if you get visa b4 september you still have until May 14, 2012 to land (a year after the medicals) if you're passport is valid until then ...

i would say if you get visa before December, do the landing in winter break ... then you could return to complete your kids academic year or stay in Canada to get your kids admitted there with the risk of one academic year delay for them

Best regards,

hi findanswer, for landing paperwork you can read posts on this forum (especially the ones by qorax) ... however i don't think the landing paperwork would take more than two or three days ... and landing time itself is also as low as half an hour once you're at a canadian airport (and you can return to Kuwait the very next day)

take care
