IELTS Request: oct 7, 2010 as per agency request

Hi to all.... I am new in this forum. I am not familiar with the acronyms or terminologies, EVP consultancy is is my agency.  I just took my ielts and I just got 6 in writing and listening, 5 in reading and 7 in speaking total of 10 points. all in all i got 64 points.  according to the assessment of my agency i just got

Age      - 10
Education- 20
Work Exp.- 21
Language - 10
Spouse  -  3
>>           ____
>>           64 points


I have relative first cousin of my mother living in toronto canada who is willing to support me. but according to my agency, it should be immediate family sister or brother of my mother or father or my husband, niece and nephew.

1.  You consultant is correct, cousins don't count for adaptability points, unless you have a spouse, whose adaptability gets you 3 points you don't qualify.
