dear friends
please tell me what is time CIO NOva scoita Canada will accept /receive documents on 1st July 2011, office open time 8.00 am what is the documents receiving time because date will change after 24 hr mid night

None, because they don't work on the 1st of July as it's a holiday in Canada. Next will be the 4rth of July. I would assume that they open at 8am their doors to public, but if you are planning on going yourself then go around 9 am to be sure that you won't have a problem.

July 1st is a federal holiday (Canada Day) and I believe CIO Nova Scotia will likely be closed that day.
