Hi,

Is anybody know what IELTS band is required for Industrial electrician for canada immigration

There isn't any particular (IELTS )band score for any occupation. It all depends, how many points you need from Language Factor to complete 67 which is minimum requirements.

I have a degree on Electronic Engeneering, and have few years work exp. on Electrician. Can i apply under this NOC, is my education related to my work exp.??

Yes surely you can apply for Electrician occuption providing that get food result in Ielts
