Dear All friends,

I wish we should discuss our problems regarding the Immigration problems on single forum inspite of different forums,
i will start with my question of asking regarding the option of paying the fee of depandants later when i will get my approval first from CHC

Can anybody share with me how reliable the information is it that i wil submit my fee 500 $ CAD alongwith my application and the rest fee of my 3 depandants when iwill get the case approval from CHC.

As far as per my information one has to submit total fee including his and depandants at once when filing his case other wise  depandants can not accompany you. You are not permitted to deposit it later.

If you have any information or link to follow kindly inform me.
I will be higly grateful.

thanks.

Hi Bro,

S.K. is right. You could submit only principal applicant's fee in the beginning and when the case is approved, you could add your dependent family members by submitting the processing fee. There is no link available to substantiate it but it had been a common practice by consultants in the older system of evaluation.

thanks for sharing the valuable information but the concern remains the same because consultants use to practice in older system but these days it may be retricted may be bcoz of the new laws of refunding the application fee in case of rejection.
Well let me also find out and if you have any further information. kindly share. thanks

This is very good suggestion. Most of the time we are facing the same problems. Indiana are lucky in a sense that CHC ND is working faster than any other CHC.

Hi Sam

i have confirmed from one of the consultant about fee and he told me 550$ but i sent 1400 $ as there was an ambiguity if you see the IMM7000.pdf user guide it does not shows any where that fee should be 550$, i didn't want to take any risk of apllication return so i paid 1400$ upfront.
