Indian Passport renewed from USA - SFO.. have to inform CHC is mandatory?

Dear all,
I am Indian citizend working on H1B in Los Angeles urban area (orange county) I just got my renewed passport from Indian consulate SFO.
My e-case is "in-process" and I submitted my OLD passport copies and Old passport information.
so, my question is I have to send or inform Buffalo CHC that I got new renewed passport even passport number is also different.
Please share all information if someone passed from same situation.

Hi Prashant,

   You need to Inform Buffalo office with your new passport details. While Informing them send a copy of your new passport.

Thanks , but my PCC stamped from SFO consulate is in OLD Passport, so is it valid, because OLD passport is cancelled due-to new passprt is renewed, even my OLD passport will expiere within 15days too, I know visa on Passport is valid but I dont know about PCC.
I heared from my consultant assistant that he told me I dont have to inform CHC but he dont know about PCC.
