My wife studied 3 year BA (Malayalam) indian local language does she qualified for the immigration

yes she can (if it is graduation or diploma).

find out that she is elligible to claim 67points to qualify and furthur criteria for complete immigration process.

follow the steps and elligibility test, find in which NOC will she elligible that her work experience match atleast 1year from since last 10years.
