Hello,

As an Indian citizen with Canadian PR and an H1 visa renewal in process, do I need a visa to visit the US?  I am currently in the US and planning on going to Canada but need to cross the border back to the US to pick up my car.

Thanks

I think you're on the wrong forum, my friend. I'd advise you to contact your local U.S. embassy or consulate and ask them.

Yes, ask the US border services.  Generally the US doesn't care that you have Canadian PR.  To them, you are Indian.
