Medical Tests before the CIC response?

Hello Guys
For the PNP nominees is there ANY WAY AT ALL to take the medical exams before they receive their medical document package from the CIC office?
Right now you're supposed to send your initial application to CIC, get some (blank) medical forms back from CIC (very long wait time for that), and only then take these forms to the qualified doctor.
Any way to get the blank forms and goto the doctor before CIC sends them to you?
