Hi

Pls advise

1.  Read http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/pdf/kits/guides/EG7.pdf  page 9
2.  Then CHC will most likely tell you to take the IELTS

if english is not your native/first language, then u have to take the IELTS...
Just to share an experience with u....i have a friend who is doing a master degree prog in
one of the universities in Canada, also must take the IELTs to apply for PR...Cos, english is not his native language..
Personally, it is a waste of money and time....but what to do....

We need to take the test first and send the report with the application or we will be informed as to when to take the exam?

thanks for your advise

I have a BS degree from a US college.
I have an MS degree from a US university.
I have taken SAT, TOEFL and GRE.
I was still asked to submit IELTS scores.
