I need some guidance on several issues namely;
                       Im a dentist  and was self employed for several years , On the docments checklist note says : Self employed must provide documentation from 3rd party individuals along w/ payment details . How do I do this?Im from the Philippines . 

What category should I apply: on the down drop on online application the category  was family , business and other . Which one should I chose?
