(1) The max score in language skill is 24. Which IELTS score allows one to have that score  ?

(2) Will writing TFE help one in increasing the score in language section or in any other section ?

(3) any guide for TEF score equivalence to points ?

(4) MBBS scores 22 points. I have 2 years post graduate diploma. Will some more points be added ?

IELTS will only score up to a maximum of16 points.

You get up to 16 points for your primary language, and up to 8 points for secondary language.

Primary or secondary can be English or French - but you will need to have high proficiency in both languages, and prove this with both IELTS and TEF results, in order to get the full 24 points.

So yes, if you can prove efficiency in both English and French, it will certainly get you more points. Often if people are shy of just a point or two they are advised to try to learn basic French to help them over the points barrier.

Also I would recommend attending a CIIP course after you get med requests!

MBBS is 20 Points, not 22 (Yeah I know it fudging sucks).
And although Post Grad dip should grant further points, but, some say it doesn't happen.
So in my opinion, consider the Points for docs education 20 (to be safe and then calculate further).
