Incorrect Information; Please advise: What to do?

I have unintentionally and by mistake provided a wrong address (where I used to live in the past) in my background declaration. The mistake is in House No and Street. For example, I used to live at 418 E 10th Street and I had written 419 E 10th Avenue. Can my application be rejected on these grounds, since I have already provided my updated forms? If I were to inform CIC of this mistake, would this help?

I would think this would be understood as a typo, particularly if everything else has been honest and forthright and the mistake was not intentional.  Here's my dilema though.  I was 18 more than 30 years ago.  I cannot remember each of teh addresses I've had since then.  I know the towns and would probably be able to find each house.  I'm just not sure how I can answer that on the declaration form.  Any ideas?

Take your best guesses and ask your parents or other relatives who would have had your address to send you mail if they kept them.  I know my mom would probably have it somewhere.  Ask your bank if they would have it, they probably don't anymore but who knows.  Ask the tax ppl if they have it.  Otherwise take your best guesses and include a cover letter saying you are not completely sure about certain addresses in the past because it was a long time ago.  That way, if they find out that you got a house number wrong, they know it was not intentional.

we're having the same dilemma..do the immigration people really check on all the addresses that we put on the application form?
