Author Topic: Inconsistent name issue... need urgent advice  (Read 295 times)

FAMILY NAME / SURNAME A..
MY FATHER NAME B..
MY NAME C..

My National Identity Card shows   : C.. (my name)
My Passport/IELTS shows            : C.. + A.. (my + family name)
My Academic certificate              : C.. + B.. (my + father name)

Earlier, My visa letter is being received.
I have received letter from CHC Islamabad that there are inconsistencies in my names, they need explanation.
They are thinking i m misrepresenting any information.....

Kindly advice how should I respond to CHC Islamabad

Please urgently, if anyone could help me.....

thats bad really. you should have checked earlier. its not misrepresentation anyway. just explain them you did not care about this issue before. now you can make oath on stamp paper and notarise it that this was an innocent mistake . write in stamp paper how your name has appeared in different documents. and provide your real name as it is on passport. also write to them that they should give you some time to do the correction.

where do you live?? which city of pakistan. if you go to kachery there are many typist there who write oaths. you can get their opinion as well

In addition to your explanation, you need to support birth certificates, passports and any other document of your father and yours that would support your argument.

Present all evidences to support your case.

A Notarised "affidavit" with all the details explaining why there is discrepency in names, will do.
