Incomplete documents filed under Live-in caregiver program

hello. My husband send his application kit last May 30,2011 and we just found out that he lack "Family Information" form and the " Application Made Outside Canada" was not validated and no barcode was printed on it. He only did it handwritten because we read before that it's ok if it is handwritten.Only to find out this year that it should be filled up in the computer and should be validated. Until now, we haven't heard any response from his application.Will it affect the processing time and approval of his case? Can we resend the required forms?

The validation with bar code is in effect starting July 18, 2011....Handwritten is allowed...Incomplete forms are returned. Try calling CIC if you can send it again. Returned application means a little bit longer for the processing time since you'll send it again and they will start processing it when its back complete. Cheers!
