incomplete application please help!

hi, i forgot to include the form which indicates my payment when i sent my application to CIO. but i include my full payment except the form. would they send it back to me? thanks!

which form is this? do u have a form number (such as IMM0008e/IMM5475E etc.)? as far as i know, there is no separate form for payment.

hi thank you so much for the reply... anyway its called fee payment form IMM 5620... i sent my application to CIO last week and i didnt notice this particular form, so i am wondering maybe its a new form or something... and another thing if i may, in schedule 3 economic class form, question number six, about the language, and the question is about if i have taken any language exam, i answered no but i did not provide any evidence of my proficiency.... would it affect my application?? because im planning to take the ielts exam after they approved my application.... thank you very much for your time...

Hi Guys,

    Mine was no attachement for that said form only the bank draft. I got my response to complete the full docs after 58 days. You'll be right.

The form is only required for application received on or after Sep 8. So in your case it is not yet required.

Regarding the Language proficiency item #6. You do not have to provide any proof right now to CIO.
This application is the same which will be sent  with documentation to VISA OFFICE of your choice in the 2nd stage so i guess this QUESTION was designed for the 2nd stage.
If you do not give IELTS during 2nd stage then u will have to Provide proof of your Proficiency and if You say YES u will have to submit the IELTS score with all your other documentation.

Summary:  At CIO stage just put a "NO" to item #6 and u do not have to provide any documentation. Just fill the forms and send.
