Inclusion of family members after 1st AOR

Hi,

I have received my first AOR, now I am planning to send my full documents in a weeks time.
In my original application to CIO I have mentioned that I am going alone initially. Now I want to include my family members in my application.

Should I send the fees with the full documents using my credit card
or
Should I wait for the interview to include them

Experts please help

send all the documents, application fee for dependants and new application ( tick mark dependants to accompanying ) to Visa Office. No need to wait for interview, it may not come. This way all of you will get medicals together.
