Hi. I am occupation 0631. Waiting on file to reach London office. Have final determination of eligibility so after they check work history i hope to receive medical request. Had PER end of October. Fingers crossed.

if you are a pre june 2010 applicant, I strongly suggest you re apply while keeping your exsisting application in process, like I did. I was a 2008 applicant, reapplied in sept 2010 under MI2 and got the visa in May 2011. I did not withdraw the first applicationimmediately but wrote to them with the new app that I have an ealier one in process and will withdraw once the visa is issued on this one. Refund was prompt too.

I landed in July this year ... I was in India (Mumbai).

That's the purpose of my post. To show how it can be expedited. I was waiting three years before that. Did you even read what I wrote? 2008?

The intention is to help ... so others, especially ones that are waiting pre MI1 can have their cases expedited.

FYI: If you check the spreadsheet, all from the top are forum members, all have their visas, all within 15 months - most within 10 -12.
