i am overstay my visa for couple years /now i got lmo and planning to leave canada  and apply for working permit in my native country-so question is-how big my chances to get back /no deport order issued

As you remained illegally, it is quite possible that CHC will not issue a work permit as they will probably doubt that you will leave Canada at the end of the work permit.
