I am currently in the US, and wanted to apply for school in Canada. My question is if I got admitted to the Canadian school, do I have to go back to my country for the interview? I am not sure if there's interview or not, but my ideal thought is to be able to do it from the US, and go straight away from US to Canada. Is it possible?

Do you have legal status in the US?  If you are on a student or work visa in the US, you might be able to apply from there.  If not, probably not but contact the embassy in the US and ask them.
