Hello to All
My name is Muhammad Hamza Ali
i applied for canadian immigration as FSW and got first replied, unfortunately they returned back my application as i forgot to mentioned visa requested office name.
now I noticed another mistake taken by me that I shows my Family name "Ali" with my Given name "Muhammad Hamza Ali" instead of "Muhammad Hamza".
due to this they attention me with the name "Muhammad Hamza Ali Ali".
My questions is that "what should i do now? as i want to resent my documents what i mention in my name entity?"

Muhammad Hamza
Please help me...

There's nothing to worry at all... just send the file back with its amendments:
1. Write the CHC.
2. Muhammad Hamza.
