Well the visas that I can apply for dont have anything to do with my situation. Im not a skilled worker, I dont have a family there, so what visa should I apply for that will allow me permanent residence in Canada to be with my girlfriend?

If NONE of the visas available apply and your GF is not Canadian, you cannot legally gain permanent residence in Canada.

Where are you from, where are you now?

So why do you believe that none of the visas apply, is this a woman you intend to marry?

Yes I intend to marry her sometime, but we are not sure yet on a date. But the visas that I can apply for dont cover girlfriends, the only ones on the websites that I have looked at cover family, but we are not having children.

Your girlfriend will be able to sponsor you for permanent residency once you have either married or are common law (i.e. you have lived together for a minimum of one year and can prove it).

go to university there in Canada and apply for a study visa. once you graduate you will be able to stay under a canadian experience work permit and then apply for permanent residence after a couple of years.
