helllo im in usa in tourist visa with my bf we planin to get married here he is canadian i want to ask if am i able to go with him for a trip to canada or do i need to apply a visa?

Unless you are from a visitor visa exempt country, then you need a visitor visa (TRV) http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/visit/visas.asp
If you require a TRV, the chances of getting one are pretty slim, being married to a Canadian.
