Dear Ladies and Gents,

I have a specific question to ask you. Our family has sent the passports to our visa office (New Delhi, India) and are now awaiting the issuance of pur PR visas. I would like to know when a decision is made on a particular application are the passports then sent through mail to the applicant' address or does the applicant have to go to the issuing VO and receive it.
