This is Mofassel from Bangladesh, I came to know that you are very cooperative and helpful for those people who are precessing their migration to CANADA. And i am one of them dear brother. i have gone over your many posts and very much pleased to know about the migration process for CANADA.

Brother I am in dark in some area till now, that is why i am seeking your kind cooperation as well as suggestion. Recently my status has been changed from RBVO to In Process on Jyly 19 2011. Details of my file are given bellow:

My NOC Code- 1111,
Visa office- Singapore,
App. Filed: 15.4.2010,
Doc's Request: 3.7.2010,
Nomination: 16.9.2010,
AOR Received: 3.7.2010 (1st AOR), 1.10.2010 (2nd AOR),
IELTS: Done,
File Transfer: 6.7.2010 to Singapore office,
Medical Request: In Process (from 19.7.2011)

Dear brother could you please help me to give some information the meaning of "In Process". or advice some area where i need to prepare for my self.

It only means they are working on your file and you will receive medical request soon. Good luck! Mandie

Do not get frustrated with delays. No panic. In process means your case is under consideration. Nobody can predict timelines. Just wait for formal communication from your VO. Sending queries will not serve the purpose

I am also looking for some information regarding job arrangement from Canada for quick migration process in FSW category. Could you please share me any information that how long I have to wait in the present status and how can I arrange job from Canadian company. Is it help me to get early migration in Canada.

In process really means your application is determined to be eligible for processing but you should have the processing starts date inside the details of 'in process'. I am in 'in process' since 15th Feb, 2011, but nothing happened yet. If there is time given in your details inside in process then it's really in process as explained by other forum members. During in-process if the text under in-process link:
if the Visa office review pending that means still your case is not completely assesed.

if Visa office review completed and VO started process this means you elligible and awarded eligibility points, your back ground process is start from this point.

During In-process , "Pending review" and "Review Completed" By VO have major differences. during pending review still visa office not counted completely your eligibility points this means it will be chances for rejection...
But once review completed that means your points are calculated and you are eligible.

thats the major differences during "In-process" status of your E-case.

In my present status (In process) the following comments has been showing that "Your application and supporting documents were received by the Singapore office. They are pending review." Could you please suggest me that i should make a quarry regarding the above issue and present status? do you have any information that how long i have to wait, what's the difference between 38 category and 29 category. why we are suffering dear..........
