I see this question often on this forum...but aren't you supposed to send your medicals along with the original permanent residency application? (that little green sheet with your photo on it, filled out by your approved doctor during your visit)

no, medicals are requested later after the case is forwarded to the local visa office for visa issuance - because of the long timelines they don't require it in advance as they expire after a year

Is Jan/08 when you sent the sponsorship to Mississauga or the application to the overseas office?  32 months at Mississauga and then see: http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/times/international/08-fc-parents.asp

I'm confused...so i will have to do my medicals over again? I got checked up by a doctor right before I sent my ap to Mississaugua, so why did I bother?

You are confusing apples with oranges.  The OP was discussing applications for parents.  It would appear you are applying as a spouse, where the average processing time in Warsaw is 3-6 months for 80% of the cases.
