What could be the interpretation of this eCAS description:

We received your application for permanent residence on February 22, 2011.
 
We reviewed your application and sent you a letter on March 30, 2011. Please consider delays in mail delivery before contacting us.
 
Your application was reviewed and we started processing on December 7, 2011.
 

That's my eCAS description with in process as the status.

Does it mean I should expect MR soon?
