Dear OMM
I agree with you but still there is a question why did the CIC moved us to in process with pending review why not kept it the same as before . From what I know they don't make any move without a reason, what is their reason for changing our status to in process with Pending review???

backlog is main reason, in-process with pending review it's in que, at this stage even you ordered caips not believe me it will come with nothing means some OP's get blank CAIPS and some OP's get caips note with points awarded but not fully.
now in-process with RBVO this is the stage at you can not ger refund incase applicant rejected.
many OP's have this status in-process but details is also RBVO, still you are in safe zone, this is not e-case error but it's normal process which VO follows becasue of maintain backlog.
