Dear Tanusha Send a case specific inquiry to New Delhi office  , once i read in this forum some weeks ago about these type of cases, some senior sent a Case Specific inquiry and got this response:  CHC is migrating their system to new software GCMS and to migrate a file they have made a decision ( for their own purpose to close a file ) so don't loose heart and think of rejection until CHC send you anything, send then inquiry ASAP

what did they say in the letter?

I went through the process and I already got my landing papers. I just checked my status online and it still says decision made.  Cheesy

Therefore, I don't think that is something negative. But I think it would be a good idea to check with the CHC.

On clicking on the Decision made link, does it say anything like "We reviewed your file & sent you a letter.....". If yes, then it is actually a rejection. If not then it is just an e-cas error due to migration.

CSQ via email is a very worthwhile option to check the happenings behind the scene.

First this is the not good sign if this will not E-case error, but not sure about your application, so please send email to your local CHC or generate CAIPS not, E-case update takes time >2weeks in this situation. so, better to get tension free generate CAIPS note or send email to local CHC.
if all results (CAIPS, Email reply and ecase) are same then sorry to say it's rejection. local CHC will send you later/email but its take time.
