Irrespective of eCas status, which faced so many technical clitches recently, if processing has been already in place, then, it has to stop to consider your withdrawal, if it doesn't start, then they will stop your app.

If processing starts, I'm afraid no refund will be made of your processing fees. Check the EG7, pages 40, 41

AFAIK,  Mezo2009 you are correct. In fact that consent letter that was sent to all 2007 applicants did mention that there will be no refund after that, and almost all 2007 applicants had an "in process" status on their eCAS system after that, though Nectar and AhmadTajwer think otherwise.
Please be kind enough to let us know if they do refund your money as I am planning to do the same - withdraw.
I did write them to ask about it but never got a reply.
This waiting is ridiculous, and I am starting to question my sanity (LOL), whether it is indeed worth wasting so much time and money waiting for this to happen.

After file is transfered from CIO to CHC no refund is made if applicant withdraw the application, but if application is rejected at In process or medical stage (sorry am not sure about this) then CHC refunds the fee.

Fee is not refunded once the file goes into "IN PROCESS".

In OP6, page 21: "After a positive final determination of eligibility at the visa office processing begins and the applicant is no longer eligible for a refund."

If your withdrawal request reched CHC even single day before time limit, (120 days) from the first AOR then 100% you will receive your money back dont worry.

From  which country are you Drooza, why it is taking so long for you to have that MR. It's been almost 1 year since your 2nd AOR.

Technically, they should refund your money. Please let us know either way.
