There is nothing CIC Canada will do for you! Even when you homeless in the states.
You have to find a other place in the states and wait your time out, maybe you can go back to your parents, family, friends or a shelter.
You just have to sit out your processing time, so get your papers together and apply.
The rest is yours unfortunately. It sounds hard, but it is the only way.

Your first concern in your situation should hardly be to look to a foreign country for help.  You must surely have some form of family, or if not then your husband must provide you with all possible assistance he can, it is NOT the responsibility of Canadian Immigration to allow you back into the country merely because you have found yourself in an unfortunate situation.  I fail to see how your husband could allow you to be turned out of your home without offering some kind of assistance!

Please consider the needs of your child, and look to your IMMEDIATE surroundings for assistance.  Canada is a long way off, and your exclusion order has another 7 months almost to run.  Until such time, the two of you must decide how to sort out your living situation, and prepare for the responsibilities of sponsorship.  Please, pull yourself together and "man up" for your child's sake!  Forget Canada until you are stable and providing a home for your child!  As a mother, those are your responsibilities, not Canada's.

Go to a women's shelter, contact your local Red Cross, your local church or community group, your local social services office.  There is help around you right where you are, LOOK for it.
