In laws waiting decision on refugee but my spouce is in India

I'm getting married soon and will be applying for husband from India. His parents in Canada as refugee claim pending.. Does anyone know if it's going to be an issue applying for my husband because of them.

No impact.  They are completely separate applications for different individuals.  However, in reviewing your file, a visa officer may look closely at whether this is a marriage of convenience to reunite with family members in Canada.  But assuming you have lots of proof of your relationship (which you need ANYWAY), their application will have no impact on yours.
