In IMMIGRANT DOCUMENT CHECKLIST***

SO I am sponsoring my husband and on the Document checklist for immigrant when it says for example " civil status registration documents" for principle applicant, spouse, and all family memebers...Does that mean he needs to provide that form me as well as his Spouse AND Sponsor??? Just thought I would double check .
