Hello everyone!

In Economic Classes – Federal Skilled Worker Class (IMM 0008-Schedule 3) question 11 and 12

I have worked as Cook for 5 years in the past as assistant cook, ethnic cook and Cook( general cook).
This is the only real full time job I have had in may life. I am about to fill out my application and I might be a little bit confused with question 11/12 In Economic Classes – Federal Skilled Worker Class (IMM 0008-Schedule 3)
as shown below

This is point 11 in application as below:

Your work experience

Starting with your current occupation, list all of the occupations that you have had in the 10 years preceding the date of your application. For each occupation;

include the appropriate National Occupation Classification (NOC) code,
check the box that corresponds to the number of years of continuous full-time or equivalent part-time experience, and
write a description of your main duties.
Note: List only occupations that fall in Skill Type 0 or Skill Levels A or B of the NOC.

And this is what point 12 requires as shown below:

Order of preference

From the occupations you listed in question 11 above, list which occupational experience you would like to be assessed in order of preference. Begin with your first choice and continue with your second, etc. Include both the NOC code and the occupation's title.

Note: The order of preference will be used for the assessment of eligibility under the ministerial instructions. The order can be different from the order in which occupations are listed in question 11.

So, can someone please clarify how I should fill out my application in this section as I have only worked 5 years as cook in three positions (assistant cook, ethnic cook and Cook( general cook).)
At the cook positions I have worked in my career during 5 years, are they counted as different positions and I should line them up as required in point 12 or this has nothing to do with my work experience since I only have one type of job in the past as NOC requires.
Am I wrong or point 11 is required only from people with different job careers that fall under NOC occupation list?

I just want to be certain and not to make any stupid mistakes on this section.
Therefore I thank you in advance for any detail you can provide for me
( all you need to know of my work experience and job positions is shown as above... nothing extra. So you can advice me based on what you read you on my past work experience and job positions within the same profession/ occupation)
