Guys I am in a big trouble. I sent my wife's medical exam form via USPS Express mail to my home country and it seems that it has been lost. No change of status for the last 4 days since it was departed from US. There is still a chance that It could be tracked but in case if not... then what options I do have? I have a scanned copy of her medical req. form.. Plz advise urgently...

I guess the only option s to try to track it. Photocopy will not help. You will have to write to visa office all the details and they would then send another form. this will be time taking.....

Ya it's only 4 days and it can take few days before she gets them. If UPS lose them than you can always send case specific enquiry to CHC Buffalo and explain the situation. They than would be able to send you the duplicates of that.

I think USPS tracking systems is not updated well enough. so it may not be lost.
all the updates will become available suddenly once delivered.

UPS is liable to deliver. If they fail to do so, get in writing confirmation from UPS for lost document (God forbidden)

Send UPS note, AWB and copy of Medical form to CHC explaining the situation.

Before that, stay in high level contact with UPS for your parcel tracking.

 when i did my medicals,i saw one women applyin for medical & she gave photocopy of appendix A.that is what i saw,but i dont know why.if you didnt getthe original one, contact chc.what other choice?
