My spouse (Latvian)  and I (U.S.) just arrived in Calgary at the beginning of Feb on work permit status.  I have been working for a month now and my spouse just started her new job this week.

We want to apply for PR and would love to know the process from within Canada?  Is it different than from outside Canada?  We have 85 points as both skilled workers.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!  Thanks

You can't apply in Canada.  As you are a US citizen you would apply through Buffalo.
