I ve sent my application on 5 August 2011, i m not sure of the pass mark, Can i improve my ielts and send it to cio?

its too late now and you can't do it. wait for approval /rejection. if rejected apply again. always calculate pass mark before

Thank u for ur reply, but i m confused about post graduate diploma (second level degree education) and 19 years education, is it 20 or 22 or 25 points.
