Hi All,

A frn of mine got this response from Buffalo VO even though Status is Inprocess.

"There has been no change in the status of your application since your last inquiries. 
 
Your file is in a queue awaiting initial assessment.  This could take up to 64 weeks from the date we received the application.

The medical forms will be sent when your application reaches the appropriate stage in processing.

What is your friend's time line. When did he send the documents, and when he got the AOR?

The thing is that I sent my full documents to Buffalo at the end of August 2010, and I haven't  received the AOR yet; a couple of days ago, I sent them an inquiry, and I haven't even got the email confirmation back. I don't know what's going on there, and what are they doing, but they are not professional at all...

His timeline is 2nd AOR received 30 May 2010.
even I am ard the same timeline and no sigh of status change for me..It very annoying sometimes...
