I am on H1 visa in USA now
I got canadian COPR in MAy
Now I will eventually move to Canada in 2010before feb 2010
Can I buy a house in USA for investment this summer
Will they let me come in USA in later 2010 to maintain it and will they let me earn rent on it
I will terminate H1 B in 2010 and I wont hjave any visa to come in USA after that
I know I will be eligible for NEXUS card to come in USA
Please input if anyone has any idea

First you have to make sure that you will get us visa to go back because lately lot of us visa are denied for some reasons. Investment in us is great idea and you will never go wrong with it. Before buying make sure u have us visa.
