Important/payment to CIO and Visa office

Dear all
I have faced an unclear point, when i first sent my documents to CIO and gave my credit card details the amoount of 55o $was tranfered from my account to them , now i got my AOR letter and i want to submit my forms to London Visa office , should i make any other payment again and how, by credit card again?

You dont need to pay anything to London. You already paid.

but it was mentioned something around 490$ as cost or permamnent residence fee should be paid in this stage of process??
am i mistaken?

Well you the $550 that you sent was Processing Free for principal applicant. When you send the documents to your local CHC office you need to pay the RPRF which is $490. Now, some people send it along with the documents. Some send it later when the local CHC requests. It's upto you when you want to send it. I sent it along with my application. A lot other send then the local CHC asks.
The final answer is YES. You have to pay $490 to your local CHC office.

Yes you pay again the Right to Premanent Residence Fee (RPRF) which is CAD 490 per applicant. It is over and above the processing fees of CAD 550.

you dont have to pay Permanent Residence Fee (RPRF CAD 490) now. they will ask you after initial approval from local visa office. usually PRRF fee request comes with medicals.
but no need to send it now.
