Important Question About the Education points--Please Help!!!

Hi,

I will be completing my masters degree in this December(2008) but I want to apply now. Is it possible to apply with Masters Points and send the previous transcripts, diplomas and current transcripts that are in progree and explain that I will be sending my diploma in December. Can I be eligible for the points since it is still be in the process of Application??

I am in the US and my application will be from Buffalo..

No, you will be only credited with the BA.  If you want the Masters to qualify, you have to complete it before you file.
