Important question about experience letter!

I am web developer, working online on outsourcing projects..
I am from Egypt.. so is there any problem if I get an experience letter from a company in the U.S., although I never been there? But I am working for them remotely?

They can mention you nature of job if they have regional office in your country

The problem is, that they don't have office here.. and I am working through the internet.

So can I use an experience letter from them, to prove my experience, although they are not in my country?
